講題：The role of work design on employee proactivity and personality development
時間：2023年03月30日（星期四）14:10 – 16:00
In this seminar, Dr. Wu will introduce and review his research on work design, employee proactivity, and personality development. While work design has been mainly discussed as an approach to motivate employee performance, Dr. Wu will use his research to highlight the function of work design (job autonomy specifically) in facilitating self-concept actualization and personality development at work, offering a different lens to advance work design research. He will also discuss future directions of work design, employee proactivity, and personality development research.
