Department of Psychology. National Chengchi University

The prelude started with the esteemed initiatives and thorough preparation of Professor Hu Pin-Cheng and Professor Chen Fa-Bi. The Department of Psychology has been established under the permission of Ministry of Education in August 1971. According to the regulation of the University, the Department of Psychology should belong to the College of Science. Nevertheless, prior to the establishment of the Department of Psychology, Department of Mathematics was the only science department. The College of Science could not be established unless consisted of, at least, three departments. Thus, the Department of Psychology and the Department of Mathematics then were categorized underneath the College of Arts and Science
